Project Overview:
The Xinfang Bridge is located on Heping South Road in the urban area of Changzhou. The Shihe River is a single arch stone bridge running north-south, with a length of 35.2 meters, a width of 5.3 meters, a height of 8.6 meters, a pier width of 6.8 meters, and an arch span of 9.5 meters. It was first built in the first year of Emperor Wu of Liang's Datong era (535), rebuilt during the reign of Emperor Qing of the Yuan Dynasty, and repaired in the eleventh year of the Ming Hongzhi era (1498). Later, due to damage to the bridge deck, it was repaired again in 1986. The original stone tablet written by Zhu Yu titled "Record of Rebuilding Xinfang Bridge" is now lost. The arches are built in a segmented and parallel manner, using granite stones as the arches. The bridge piers are also built with stones, and the bridge deck is decorated with granite cloud carved columns and ring shaped railings. It is a municipal level cultural relic protection unit.
The railings and pillars on both sides of the Xinfang Bridge need to be lit, and the external dimensions of the lighting fixtures should be minimal, the overall appearance should be simple, no screws should be visible from the outside, and there should be no glare from any perspective when walking on or under the bridge.
According to the existing traditional plan, it is as follows:
1. The railing dimensions between the bridge columns are not the same; Wall washing lamps require partial non-standard production;
2. The bridge pillar at the slope is perpendicular to the ground, and when using the bridge pillar floodlight, the angle can be adjusted to be parallel to the ground and then illuminate the bridge pillar;
3. According to the traditional connector mode, a length of 35.2 meters requires adding wire slots on both sides of the bridge for wiring to meet power supply needs;
After installing according to the above plan, a cable tray will be laid on the bridge side, and the male and female connectors between the wall washing lights will be exposed; The projection light and the wall washing light are not in the same straight line
The body is not concise and beautiful; After the installation of the wall washing lamp interval, there will be some residual light shining on the column, which conflicts with the light shining on the bridge column projection lamp; Overall, there will be glare on the outer surface (as shown in the figure below).
In order to solve the above problem, an integrated combination trunking+flexible busbar layout scheme is adopted:
1、 The bridge side adopts an integrated combination cable tray (50mm wide * 60mm high), which is laid in a single bridge column and railing unit, with a built-in floodlight and a set of standard 1-meter wall washing lights; The length of the wire groove opening above the wall washing lamp that illuminates the railing only illuminates the position of the railing between the two bridge columns.
1. Solved the problem that the installation of floodlights and wall washing lights is not in the same straight line;
2. The wall washing lamp does not require non-standard length and can be adjusted to a fixed angle with optional gear, resulting in good overall consistency of light output in the later stage;
3. The bridge pillar floodlight at the slope can rotate at an angle parallel to the bridge pillar for illumination;
4. There is no glare from any perspective when walking on or under the bridge;
5. The appearance is simple and elegant, with good visual effects during the day and good lighting effects at night
2、 Using flexible busbar for power supply, a single circuit power supply of 35.2 meters can be completed without the need for additional cable trays

The use of busbar shunt cascaded power connection technology has improved the technical performance of low-voltage and high-power long-distance transmission, reduced line losses during transmission, and achieved distribution transmission at the hundred meter level; Solve the problem of good integration between cables, cable trays, lighting fixtures, and buildings.
3. Standardized construction
Abandoning the connection method of power supply connectors, standardizing the consistency of construction technology, centralized management of switch power supplies, and achieving safety
Fully reliable, convenient for construction and maintenance; Integrated branch pipelines without excess exposed lines, achieving standardized outdoor high-altitude construction and visual management.
